We left the stable, high-returns technology industry and founded AJA Creative from scratch for one reason: to free the specialized field of UX design research from its existing limitations and thereby create better life experiences. Without a doubt, Taiwan is an island of technology; many technological innovations originate in Taiwan. However, the impacts of these technologies are rarely felt in daily lives, which is a pity. We believe that the problem does not lie with the technologies themselves, but rather, the design processes lack understanding of people, and good design transformations are lacking.
What is interesting with UX design is that it is based on user experiences; it is a people-oriented specialization. We specialize in surfacing the users' needs through exploration and research, converting these needs into effective design solutions through systematic and innovative design procedures, and implementing these ideas into actual products and services through elegant design executions. All these revolve around people - living and thinking individuals with diverse emotions and needs. We believe that only by having a good understanding of different kinds of users can we marry technological development with business objectives, and create design innovations that are truly sustainable, and not just another website or App. We do UX design to create better life experiences by focusing on people and innovation.

The three founders of AJA Creative form an ideal partnership, bringing with them their expertise in their respective fields of specialization. All three founders have extensive experiences in UX design consultation, and have long taken a keen interest in user experience design developments. This includes participating actively in the UiGathering (Taiwan User Experience Association), lecturing on the UX industry at the National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Shih Chien University and other institutions on a long term basis, and sponsoring large-scale seminars and innovation workshops like OpenHCI, UX Summit, and MIX, etc without qualms. Not only are we practitioners in innovative UX design, we actively support its development and seek to nurture talents for its future.
