Integrating personalized elements into ATM user scenarios

Before we embarked on this project, we conducted objective on-site surveys on how ATM machines are operated. We then took apart each step on the existing screens and integrated promotions of value-added services at appropriate points. This increased the rates of access and page switching.

Enhancing the main functions
based on users’ needs

During the initial phase of screen design, we sought to understand the main objectives and needs of the users when they operate an ATM cash machine. We then made modifications based on the needs associated with each page, and optimized usage scenarios by highlighting the important functions.

Creating an ATM that reaches out to its users in a surprising and almost human-like way

After the ATM card is inserted into the cash machine and identification and verification are performed in the background, greetings and well-wishes will be displayed together with promotions and services that suit your personal needs. A smart ATM is no longer a cold and lifeless tool, it recognizes its users and offers a personalized and warm touch.
