Product optimization begins with understanding the users
Estone has a strong base in electronic locks, e-management systems for hotels, and home automation systems. On top of focusing on research and development, there is a more pressing need to enhance the added value of its products. AJA helped to re-examine the usage environment, user needs and potential points of optimization of its home automation systems.


Focus on innovation, and identify the defining characteristics of the product
In terms of functions, products in the market are 80% similar to one another. What really distinguishes a product and make it stand out from the crowd is the other 20% of its functions that are different. By integrating actual user needs with the inherent strengths of Estone's products, we employed a variety of design techniques to highlight core strengths, and created designs that outshine all the competitors.
